Just Because...

Just because we have loved one person, our entire adult lives, does not mean we have to let go of that love when we are with someone else.
When that one true love comes around, it truly is,a Once in a Lifetime kind of love that nobody has the right to shove under the rug, ridicule,or resent.
Everyone loves differently,in their own way, so for all of those who know someone suffering from the loss of that love, and there is someone in their life that resents it,ask them,"Why do you resent it?" What happened to create that resentment? And lastly, "Did you do anything to help that person, stand by that person, love that person unconditionally,or did you do everything in your power to bring even more unhappiness their way?"
Even though we love others, does not mean there is no more room in our hearts for someone else,it's just a different kind of love that we then feel.
And just because we were forced to move on because of unseen forces working against us,does not mean that we have no right to hold that love in our hears for all eternity, feel it, remain true to it.
Grief is grief.Something that comes with love, when love is lost because of tragedy.
There are many, many stories of love. We see them everywhere.Read about them everywhere. They touch us all.Bring us joy, sadness, relief, compassion is taught, felt, shared.
I realize these are somewhat fragmented thoughts, but they come as I type this,so this is how it comes out.
If you ever,in your life, find that one true love, do everything in your power,to keep the nay-sayers from coming between you and that one, special person. Fight, fight, fight, because they may come at you from all directions. They come in many forms. Be them neighbors, passers-by on the street, family members,or friends, this is your love, your heart, your feelings,as well as the ones of the person you love. Nobody has a right to tear it apart. Live your own life, be courageous, stand tall and be proud of the one you love,no matter their faults. We all have them. After all, we're only human, and it's expected. But what is most expected,is the ability and need to correct these faults where ever possible.
Please stay tuned for more ramblings from me. There will no doubt, be many.
